Assisted Living is not a nursing home, adult foster home or convalescent home although we do perform some of those functions. Assisted Living is for people who want to live independently but need help with some of the activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and household maintenance. Quarterly assessments conducted by our wellness staff assure that additional help is provided when appropriate.
Imagine a luxury cruise ship with additional personal services. Live in a private stateroom, dine restaurant-style in an elegant dining room and participate in a host of social activities while making new friends along the way. Personal services including medication assistance or escorts to dining, and activities can be added any time needs or desires change.
